Because your skin health is of supreme importance to us, we only carry hypoallergenic make up products produced by the leaders in the field: Ben Nye, Kryolan and Mehron. Among the huge inventory of items we carry are: a full color spectrum of crème and cake make-ups, concealors and tattoo cover, stage blood, tooth blackout, prosthetics, molding putty, liquid latex, spirit gum, bald caps, final seal, translucent powders and the finest temporary hair colors on the market. Make-up tester palettes are available for sampling and special orders are welcome.
Wigs and Beards
A vast inventory of quality synthetic fiber and real human hair wigs, hairpieces, beards and facial attachments are in stock at all times. Whether your needs are for a church pageant, theatrical production, law enforcement or simply to alter appearance, we offer nothing but the best quality styles, with realism being of utmost importance. Special orders are also welcomed and submitted on a daily basis. Clown, colonial, rasta, mullet, afro, showgirl, ponytail, braids, Indian, rock star, movie star, Santa Claus, historical characters, biblical, etc.
Special F/X
Flashpots, confetti guns, smoke cups, finger flashers, sparkle additive, flash paper, flash bills, flash string, magic blood, flash cotton, slow cotton and fog solution are some of the special f/x items we stock. Our staff is knowledgeable and can advise you on what effects equipment / supplies would be best suited to your needs and/ or production.
Costumes / Adults and Children
Our specialty is Costumes! We offer costumes for adults and children in a wide range of sizes: from child size 6 to adult 4X. Our inventory is expansive, and at Creatures of Habit the customer is never limited by a clothing size. With over 19,000 costumes in stock, any decade or theme is possible. Because we customize, all costume alterations are done in house and at no additional charge to you.
Masks
Elaborate Venetian handcrafted paper mache’ masks, full head coverage latex Halloween masks and colorful, feather and sequin trimmed Mardi Gras masks comprise a portion of our mask inventory. With thousands in stock year round, our selection is beyond compare in this region and guaranteed to dazzle.
Accessories
Period and costume footwear, men’s and ladies’ headwear, wigs, costume jewelry, gloves, canes, eyewear and feather boas are just some of the accessories available for rental. As always there is no additional charge to add accessories to your rental, but if you have the need for only accessories they can be rented individually.

Authentic, period accurate reproduction patterns covering The Middle Ages, Colonial, Empire, Victorian, 20th Century and Ethnic Nations. We carry patterns manufactured by some of the most respected names in the industry: Past Patterns, Folkwear and

Mannequins
Attractive adult and child mannequins are available for rental by the
day, week, month or can be purchased. A security deposit is required
on mannequin rentals. Delivery and set-up is available.
