FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is the average costume rental charge?

A: It varies but generally between $25 - $35 on average.Creatures of Habit carries a full line of adult and children costumes in various sizes from child size 6 to XXXXL adult.

Q: What accessories are included?

A: Because Creatures of Habit is one of the most affordably priced costume shops in the nation, offering a complete costume at the aforementioned pricing, that price often includes every accessory you will need to complete an ensemble.

Q: Why rent rather than purchase?

A: Generally the decision to rent is based upon two factors: cost and convenience. Renting is less expensive and helps you avoid, after an exhaustive search, the pitfalls of unreasonable costs for inferior products. Because costuming is our passion, the quality of our costumes is superior to those available locally or online. Additionally, it is important to realize that custom accessorizing does not increase the cost of the rental.

Q: How long is a rental?

A: The average rental period is 24 hours, but we do make allowances for travel time and school projects. We also have
weekly rates. Generally speaking, if your event occurs on a given day, you may pick-up the afternoon prior to the day of your event and return it the day after the event.

Q: Am I responsible for the cleaning of the product?

A: We exercise the utmost care in maintaining each costume. Every costume is repaired, cleaned and sanitized prior to being offered for rent. We assume the responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of our garments and accessories. It is a process that is costly, time consuming and requires a commitment which we take very seriously for your health, comfort and peace of mind.
